Ingredients

3/4 c Sour Cream
3/4 c Mayonnaise
3/4 c Cilantro
3/4 c Jalapeños
1/2 c Buttermilk
1 Jalapeños
2 tsp Lime Juice
1 pkg Ranch Dressing Mix
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt

Blend. Serve chilled.

Fresh jalapeño can be replaced with two tomatillos or other fresh peppers. Buttermilk quantity can be adjusted to change the end consistency.

Notes

The original recipe calls for tomatillos, but Kroger was more crowded than usual and there's a pandemic on. A fresh jalapeño worked fine.
