Ingredients
- 24 oz White Bread, or equivalent mix of bread, hamburger buns, etc.
- 3 tbsp Minced Onion
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 tsp Celery Seed
- 1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c Unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c Chicken Broth, maybe
Pull bread apart into pieces and mix with dry ingredients.
Add melted butter and eggs.
Add broth until damp. Exact amount depends on desired moisture in end result.
Bread mixture can then be used to stuff a bird or baked directly in the oven.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Put dressing in casserole dish greased with cooking spray and cover with foil. Bake 45 to 60 minutes covered.
Take off the foil and continue to bake until done, about 45 minutes. When uncovered, stir every ten minutes.
