- 1 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1 c Water
- 1/2 c Vegetable Oil
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges, drained
Frosting
- 1 pkg Whipped Topping
- 1 can Pineapple, drained
- 1 pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
Mix yellow cake mix and eggs, water, & oil per yellow cake mix instructions. Beat in mandarin oranges. Bake according to box directions (375° for 30 minutes).
Combine whipped topping, crushed pineapple, and vanilla pudding mix to make frosting. Frost when cake is cool.
